"We still have time" is a creation that is born from the desire to continue moving, to resist —with humor, experience and tenderness— without hiding the wear and tear of the passage of time on these bodies on stage.

Two performers begin by traveling an individual journey that unfolds in the public space while they intervene in it through the installation, the manipulation of objects, the action or the text… And they will end up culminating in a meeting, a blind date, between them and with the audience, in a specific place and time.

A stage space on two sides hosts the meeting and offers the possibility, not only of contemplating the performers, but also of observing and becoming infected by the reactions of the audience on the other side, since as Juarroz said:

“The other side is the greatest contagion.

Even the eyes themselves change color

and acquire the transparent tone of fables.”

The show also draws on a desire to make people laugh and push the limits of the balance of objects and bodies:

Fragile constructions with drums, taming of balanced stairs, forceful bodies demonstrating a contradictory lightness in movement, absurd chatter —at the same time profound and poetic— accompanying the actions.
